Subway Garnet

This bracelet of Ruby Quartz and Garnet is inspired by “the finest Garnet Crystal ever found in the United States”. In New York, August 1885 a laborer found a quartzite vein containing the crystal. The large single crystal became known as the “Subway Garnet”. 
Garnet is the stone of Love and Friendship. Garnet, purifies and balances energy. Garnet inspires love and devotion. It is believed to help to heal broken bonds. 
Garnet is associated with the root and heart chakras.
